I would say pepe reina because aparrently he is the best spain has to offor in the goalkeeping department

See the average goals per game last season for Pepe?

Saved 7 of 9 penalties last season however, so I guess if someone is going to score just give away a penalty, but back on topic, Sissoko is going to be a star. I am pretty sure Mark Gonzalez is going to not be coming anymore, as his permit appeal failed today

agreed pepa raina looks total class i have to say im going on spanish reports and rafas words as we havent seen much of him yet but when i heard on some spanish site that pepa has saved 13 of his last 17 pens i just thought wow that is just impressive no matter how you look at it !!! were not worthy :bowdown

i know what you mean passmeistro_#14 gerrard is like a new signing, sissoko looks good to a big season for one so young, rafa will look after him :cool:

got to be reina, looking a fantastic keeper from what we've seen so far. ive got high hopes for him. who voted bolo zenden? he was average in his first couple of games but last couple he has been terrible in my opinion, i hope he can improve

Too early to tell but Sissiko is an early candidate. Have not seen much of the others to make a surer judgement. Zenden is surely another candidate because he is free and from the EPL.

I think that at the end of the season it will be Reina. We have needed a good keeper for a while and he will be the biggest improvement to the club (all he really has to be is a solid keeper to be a vast improvement on last year).

id say gerrard in a way, but after that then it has to be reina or momo. we needed another strong CM with hamman getting on abit, and our goalkeeping siituation did need sorting even after jerzys may heroics

I think Zenden will create a lot of goals. Sissoko will become a very important midfielder. And anything has to be better than Dudek (although he'll always have a place in my heart after Istanbul), and the fact that it's Pepe is even better. At a pinch though, I'd have to say that Momo excites me the most. Imagine being tipped as the next Viera, and having Stevie, Didi and Alonso to learn from. That could turn out very nicely indeed.

id say zenden basing my facts on the pre season i think he has played really well and think he will be a massive asset to the team

I'd have to say Momo!! The lad is great. Pepe is a quality keeper too. But Sissoko get my nod, he also turned down the blue shi*e!!
Hope he gets a goal soon!!
