BLACKBURN V LIVERPOOL

Liverpool Football Club - Games

Postby damjan193 » Tue Apr 10, 2012 5:57 pm

Apparently we'll play with a mixed squad, in order to rest the players for the FA cup, so I won't be surprised if Sterling will play a good part of the game, maybe even start who knows. Anyway, I don't think we'll win it. We gave points to QPR and Wigan, it will be only fair if we helped Blackburn.

All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing

Shame to not see Sterling in there. Good luck to Skrtel though. Show 'em how it's done lad!!

Bullsh!t! Where are the youngsters? If we're set to lose at least give the youngsters a chance. Not even in the subs ffs. Would be interesting to watch with this mixed line-up, but I'm disappointed that out of the youngsters only Flanagan is given a chance and that's because we have no one else there. Where are Sterling, Suso, Coady, Morgan...? At least one of them should have at least been with the subs.

No idea why Suarez is in the squad. He better not  come on.

Also not happy Bellamy is starting... that rules him out of featuring much on Saturday.. crazy.

The rest of the team is about right as its the weakest he could have picked... also Glen getting a much needed game.

I'd imagine Bellers needs a run out and will come off at half time, if not, shortly after.

Would liked to have seen a couple of youngsters involved. That said...putting them in right now might do more damage than good.

Well the Toffees rested a whole bunch of their first team yesterday and still battered Sunderland. If we pick up a bad result here we will be walking into the semi-final on Saturday as underdogs.

Against Everton.

I cant believe I just typed that.

Thank god we have 4 defenders on the bench! It shows we really want those 3 points.

Well, silly lineups, tactics, subs etc has been the norm this season.
Maybe we'll get lucky and escape with a draw.
