Where should tjames go into exile - Cast your votes
Posted: Fri Aug 27, 2004 2:36 pmWell its probably for the best if TJAMES leaves the UK and starts a new life abroad possibly getting asylum from another country after his embarrassing error in getting Blackburn mixed up with Blackpool 
Communist countries like Laos, North Korea, Cuba or Vietnam might be a good idea for Tom James to start a new life as they dont have access to Foreign Broadcasts so they might not know much about their english footy, so he might be safe.
And Burma banned foreign broadcasts in the country since 2001 so he will be safe there.
And former Soviet states such as Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan are still rebuilding and only have state run TV so they might not know much about Blackpool so he might be safe there.
Cambodia is very poor and they arent really into football so the possibility of living in Penom Penh might be good but if he gets our football teams mixed up, some of the names of their clubs could easily send him potty because they are unpronounceable.
Libya is quite isolated so they mightnt know the difference between Blackburn or Blackpool but with Colonel Gaddafis interest in buying Crystal Palace he could know the difference pretty soon and that would make TJAMES a object of ridicule to the Libyan people.
And Japan would be the best option living wise, but they are starting to like their footy as well.
So before we write our letters to Kim Jong Il, Colonel Gaddafi, Fidel Castro etc maybe we should vote on where he should gain Footballing Asylum
