Sad to see him go after all these hardworking 'Legendary' years he has made and we should hopefully have a testemonial for him, he is a true legend! love to see him back alongside Benitez again in the near future, this time as a coach
to Sami!

Would it happen thou if we went into the game against spurs knowing we still had a chance to win the prem ? Say arsenal win on sat and we win on sunday would sami then play against spurs and the pace of defoe ?? would rather Agger myself .

I would rather have Hyypia over Agger and Skrtel, he would never let us down.

I agree, I'll really miss Sami, awesome defender in his prime and still damned good now.

wont be near a pc or a telly today, so jus takin this chance to say I hope Sami has a massive (positive!!) impact on todays game. love to see him score the winner in a close game where he missed nothin an won every tackle/header/bust up with Carra before walkin off to a tumultuous farewell in injury time. Classiest defender we'v had since Jocky Hansen, the man will never be forgotten at Anfield, and I hope his return as a defensive coach aint too far away.
I hear he's gonna be captain, a fittin finale to a great time at Anfield and a player of the highest calibre.
Thanx Sami.
