And for those who dont tough s.hit
So we kick-off our campaign in Frankfurt against a Paraguay team unbe known to me really. Apart from Santa Cruz they dont really have any "stars" so to speak. But I think they finished 3rd ? in the S.American qualifiers.
Anyway as long as the boys dont get stage fright and can quickly get into a rythm I think we will run out comfortable winners. I dont think Paraguay will be underestimated by our lads and 2-0, no injuries that would be a perfect start.
It will be interesting to see how Fat Frank and StevieG pair up in midfield. Obviously with Fat Franks lack of defensive sense Stevie will be restricted in what he can do . It will also be good to see how Crouch does aswell, I think Sven will play a 4-4-2 and play Crouch upfront with Owen. Owen didnt look to happy playing uptop alone and he definatley needs someone to play alongside.
As an Englishman I always get caught up in the hysteria and expectations that go with the WC. Anyway the WC will officially be underway for England soon and I cant wait.
Be English be proud
