Swansea - In the premier league next season

The Premiership - General Discussion

Postby metalhead » Mon May 30, 2011 5:10 pm

Congrats to Swansea getting the promotion to the premier league next season.

They beat Reading 4-2 in a very intense game.

I thought it was class that they paid tribute to Basian Iderzaj in the end.

The only welsh team to play in the premier league next season!

Well done to Swansea, I can see them possibly being hard to beat while they are home next season.

Wonder if they'll be any trouble at Prem grounds next season, Swansea fans are nutters aren't they - or is that an old stereotype.

Good luck to them BTW. My Grandad (bless his soul) turned down an apprenticeship with Swansea football club as apparently there was no way in hell he was scrubbing professional footballer's boots each week. :D

Wales in the Premier League. FOL

Regardless of that fact Swansea play the best football in that league imo and should be interesting to watch next season, might be another Blackpool story tho.

good luck Swansea . i like they way they now play, i saw them a few times over the years and this season i am shocked they turned it around .

the way they play will give them a few shock wins over some big names.

Swansea is a good team.

Edit: A good championship team.

Teams we should be beating home and away.

Quite frankly I would say that 70% of the teams in the Premier League we should be picking maximum points up.
