I've spoken to my contact. We have put in an offer for SWP. asking price is about £10million + a few add ons. Tottenham have also put in an offer but don't think they met the asking price. We are prepared to pay the £10million and will offer him more wages however he seems to favour a move to Spurs (prefers to stay in London). Don't think this one will happen as my contact seemed to think he will be at Spurs by the end of the week.

Why not? Just letting people know whats going on? Is there any problem with that? But fair enough, if people don't want to know then i won't post any info i come across (from an extremely good source)

Yes i had a special Ukrainian pineapple to celebrate yesterdays win . It had a pony tail and everthing.

Not the point mate, if theres a thread about SWP use it to write about SWP no matter how old, stop being lazy and find one

If this is true it can only be a good sign, even if he did opt to turn it down it shows Rafa is still in the market for a winger and one at 10 million+ as well.

No don't think i am being lazy, whats the point in going back to threads started way back. If i was posting idle speculation or just guessing, then maybe fair enough but like i said, this is from a source who confirmed Torres was done over a week before it was announced so deserves a new thread. If someone has never seen a SWP thread how do they one exists? So everytime you want to post a thread on a player, you do a search for that player and it shows up a thread 3-4months ago and you put it in there? Laughable

I have to agree with Doeboy. If you have to find another thread to put your post in how would people know about something like Liverpool making a bid? Browsing at threads seeing something like 'SWP-Is he right for us?' isn't going to tell you that we have made a bid for him is it.

I hate having to sieve through pages of posts on old threads. It's stupid.

like SWP but with us now having pennant, benayoum and babel who are use there right foot maybe it will be good to get a player for the left, i know babel can play either but shorly it will be better if he is left footered.
