Defoe would have been a better dovetail for RVN. I'm glad they spent all that money on Saha. Lets hope he doesn't get injured or anything like that :D

I can't wait for Houllier to go and the Cisse transfer to fall through. £13m on another French league player - no thanks! Let's hope the board review Houllier's position before letting him spend more £millions in the transfer market

It is worrying that no other top european team is being linked with him,if he is that good why no interest from the big boys?

Because he made it clear that he only wanted to go to Anfield... plus I heard that United were somewhat interested

Did you watch Diouf BEFORE he came to Anfield?  ???  He could score 10 goals a game in France for all I care, it is what he does (or doesn't do) when he comes to Anfield that counts. Houllier signed a whole load of French Leaguers -  do you believe they were all cr@p before they came........?
