He is right. Masch is good at breaking up play but when it comes to anything else he is a bit one dimensional.

So was makaele , and he was argubaly the world's best holding player . Masch does get forward quite abit but he needs to work on his passing and shooting

Makalele was much better than Mascha in my opinion. Having said that I really hope we can keep hold of both Alonso and Mascha but I kind of doubt it.

But in Chelseas case they had many options going forward, something we lack.

No doubt about that but he was one dimensional as well , he rarely went forward but he held the midfield brilliantly

real madrid has set a deadline... by next fort night... by then they will move on to other targets...

I hope they would just feck off... Rafa can then give xabi a a slightly improved contract and he'll be happy to stay with us...

Won't Xabi be on his honeymoon for a fortnight? That's nice and understanding of his prospective new employers - "if you want to play for us then cancel your honeymoon, the only weeks you get off all year, so we can negotiate" :laugh:
