The kd lang version is my personal fave but I've gone with Cohen here, as he's Canadian and he did write the song. :D

its a darned tricky one, i'll tell you that. today i'm erring slightly in the buckley direction, but tomorrow it'll probably be cohen. cohen has the better dress sense though if that's any help.

I have to admit i love the Wainwirght version, but this was just about which was better out of the 2 choices

Somebody mentioned a song the other to day that is a Cat Stephens song they were disgusted when I said I thought it was a West Life song.

Nothing ruins a classic like a bunch of talentless tools singing it for some mainstream highly produced "production company"

:laugh:  so true. especially westlife. the number of songs the copy is incredible.
