hey guys, Im gonna retire my place on the real world FC team cos I can't always gaurantee to be available for games.

I missed todays game, im sorry.

I think it's best to give my place to some budding young star. I will take another role though if there is one.

Well lads after releasing Norm I'm going lying low for a week or so, so I'll talk to you then.... iI might make a pop up sometime duing the week :D

Lads, there's a post match scrap in the dressing room!

One of the opposition lads made a smart comment about Lee J's guitar playing!
