It doesn't ask for any particular skills (so most who come on the forum are elligible) but it does say you need to work with a "wide range of interested parties" which in management speak means "greasing the palms or flashing the dash."
I guess the other skill they need if its a guy is the ability to keep his hands in his pockets, next to his brains. They must remember the femail staff are not for being tampered with.
Again they go onto say they welcome applications from "all sections of the community" so I reckon that includes scousers as well.
They only want yer carher details to date so in most cases that cud be sent on the back of the evelope I reckon.
