Why is it that the scum think that they have taken our place as far as challenging Arsenal this season? What makes them think that they can compete with Arsenal and Chelsea and even us?

They buy Rooney and then they think that they are Gods but they were quiet weeks before the signing.

"We have Rooney and Smith"

When was football a two man game? Last time I checked there were 11 players on a football squad not two.

-Van Nistelrooy=good striker but injuries will make him hard to return in the same form he was before. Don't get your hopes so high, scum. Don't cry when your striker can't perform as well as he should

-Wayne Rooney=this teenager isn't even worth 30 pounds, a desperate move for Utd. if you ask me. Everton needed the money otherwise they would had settled for less than 10. If Rooney is worth 30 then Gerrard is worth 70.

The rest of the squad is a joke. The defence is funny. Silvestre, how many penalties has he given ? Ferdinad will not make a huge difference for you all.

Midfield........................Djemba Djemba? I'm scared !! Ronaldo!! please don't drible the ball and fake a foul !! Giggs don't lose your breath old man! Scholes...............

No threat on the Manchester squad, other than Smith. Before you all Manchester fans slate other clubs look at your squad and look at it very closely. Not used to performing bad are you? Cheating your way to get a point from Blackburn and could had a draw with Norwich...

Be more concerned about Middlesbrough,Tottenham because don't be too surprised when they have a better placing than you.

As for slating Liverpool, don't go there. We have new players which need to play a bit more with each other. If we can beat you with the former Houlliers squad we can beat you with Rafa.

What a ****** post.

Ferdinand is/was world class. Rooney is a potentially world class player. van Nistlerooy is world class. Saha is a quality player. Scholes is top class and they have a decent keeper.

A.B. you really don't know your football lad. Not in this country at least.

MANCs do seem to be on the slide (thank god) and i think the amount of money they spent on Shrek will bite them in the ****** later on down the track. But i think your being a tad premature in nailing lid down on the coffin just yet, they will still be a force to reckon with.
Though i would more then happy to be totally wrong about that

maximus and leon, maybe there some posts that flood onto this site which is rubbish, however, everyone is entitled to their opinion even if it conflicts with what you or others feel. thats just being human. what you say maybe correct, but retaliation comments by yourselves are in the same vain as A.B. slating others. i am a liverpool fan and have been all my life. i speak different languages, have cultural experiences and have a great family. it would be better to just get along without the anger, DONT YOU THINK?

I agree with you, stu. May I also add to say that manure, while a bit on the wane, is still bloody difficult to beat. Easier to draw but still difficult to beat. I am not quite convinced that Ferdinand is world class but he is very good and Rooney should do well to curb his excesses and learn a few things from Ferguson and the other senior players at Old Trafford if he wants to really be a world class player.
