He's harmless isn't he? and it seems like if certain people say certain things they will get automatic bans based on previous liabilities

He was rightly banned for abusing a mod, but we shouldn't let that stand in the way of our revolution. By hanging on to outdated imperialist dogma which perpetuates the economic and social differences in our society the Mods are just taking advantage of us.
