Why is the ticketline engaged? - Can't get thru to buy tickets!

Does anyone else have this problem....have tried since munday to get through to the ticket line and its constantly engaged. Tried the info line and some jobsworth told me how popular LFC are. Nothing like stating the obvious. Born and bred in Liverpool - ma & pa made me move up to live in mackem land and just wanna go the match for my birthday...lfc v birmingham.

ive got tickets by waiting at the ticket kiosk just behind the kop.when the match kicks off theres usually a spare ticket that hasnt been picked up.its worth a try.
