Well I love this place. I dont really have anything constructive to say about the football topics but I chip in now and again with an amusing thread in the general chat bit - like the 'Tales from trap 1' thread etc etc.

I tend to leave the serious footie chat to those that know more than me. I dont live in Liverpool and only get to a dozen games a season but I try to do my bit.

...jeez I got tears in my eyes here...

so yeah - [stands up with clenched fist on chest] I LOVE THIS FECKING PLACE!

Sometimes on it all day enjoying the banter and at other times i log on read a few posts and couldnt be bothered looking at any other pages on here.

Lately the place has gone to the dogs a bit and there is some real moaning gits on here and to be honest they would just depress the life out of you. i suppose as long as im about I was always check in here but at times people need to stop takin the place so seriously!!

Love it dude... but yes, if I slow down posting and do something worthwhile I might hold out til Wednesday. You guys should bake me a cake.

I think the recent bickering over Rafa, keane etc.. did major damage to teh enjoyment of being on this forum.

I intend to stick around but the fun level has decreased and the banter has gone stale. We need an injection of new blood, open minds and humour.

he has quit and I can't blame him, the abuse he was given by certain posters was uncalled for and it was not controlled.

Mick for his part wrote well thought out posts and stuck to football, he always explained his opinions (at length

) and was abused because he had a different opinion to the so called super fans (yeah the ones who live within driving distance of the ground but every game are on here posting, so super they never go the game).

I will go also, the powers that be have been told why the forum is going downhill, they are not bothered, their attitude is 'posting here is not obligatory', the sort of attitudes that businesses have before they go down the pan, admin is never online, he doesnt give a toss about the site so why should his elected mods, and therefore why should the posters.

I have never posted on other forums, but there are better ones out there and without the ingrained bias of the current mods on here.
