Good enough for us??

Sorry, for one minute I thought I was an Arsenal supporter!!!! Lets get real!......Once again we are rebuilding, we could not even beat/hold on to a lead against an under strength Spurs side on Saturday ffs.

I think wilthord is as good as any (at the right price of course!!), Wenger does not generally pay 12 million for sh*te, only GH did, eperienced, and would probably provide better cover than Pongolle, who still has a lot to learn.

I think Wiltord is the kind of player we need.
Baros and Cisse will be our first choices but we need an experienced and more reliable striker to bring off the bench in games.

ok hes no henry but even the best players can look average in arsenals attack unfortunately. with no transfer fee he would be a great bit of business but not in same class as baros and cisse imo.

The only good thing about Wiltord was that he scored the decisive goal against Manure to deny them the league in 2002.

What are you talking about, he can score and even if he can just hold the ball up and play it to Cisse, Baros or Pongolle that is good enough.
Would you rather we went a season with 3 strikers? Or maybe we should spend 8m which we don't need to?
