One of my fave movies Dawsino and yet the opening fight scene (?) doesn't spring to mind . Maybe I'm punch drunk

Seen so many films (and being a fan of asian film in particular ) after a while stuff just begins to blur into a violent soup.

Good call on the hammer fight in Old Boy btw, If I had to guess at my favourite it's probably inside one of Jet Lee's movies , but don't ask me which one.

Outside of "martial arts" one of my faves has gotta be "Evil Dead 2" where the hero (Ash ?) has a fight with his own hand .

opening fight scene is less of a fight scene, more of the woman getting punched in the face and all hell breaking loose lol

Bit of a cheat this one because its CGI but I thought the Cloud v Sephiroth fight in Final Fantasy 7 Advent Children was well put together and worth watching.

That reminds me.... I saw a movie on the plane a couple of months back called Ong Bak. The subtitles were horrendous but the fight scenes were awsome. check out the link....

the fist of legend one is brilliant woof. i especially like the bit at about 45 seconds where the guy goes to punch him so the other one just head butts his fist :laugh:
