is it me or are chelski and real madrid ruining the game of football with there big spending money spree. I remember the days when managers had to think smart in the transfer market and chhoose there signings wisely and now and agian get a bargain. Just look at wenger but it seems now the fact that chelski have so much money every players values has gone up 10 mil its stupid wot ever happend to the cheap buys of players like hyppia henry ljungberg and players coming throught the ranks like gerrard carragher etc owen. One example of this stupid spending is 15 mil for that right back lol feirra and jus recently 20 mil for carvahlo wots going on there sum1 please tell chumps like abromhovich to ****** off outta the sport and leave it to the clever and witted mangers

Chelsea and Real are only ruining it for themselves.....both spent loads last season and what did they win ? - zilch.....two of the top strikers in France come to the premiership.....Liverpool pay £14m for the top scorer...how much do Chelsea pay for the 3rd top scorer....nearly double that.....Real will only pay money for midfielders and strikers...their team is unbalanced as a result.....Chelsea's best signing this year has been the manager.....watch as last years purchases are sold a (relatively) bargain prices compared to what they were bought for....chickens will come home to roost when the accountants start adding up the sums.....

But what happens when a majority of these players fail and get sold. How much will be recouped??

what i cant wait too see is when they want to sell players on and no one wants to take a wage cut, therefore no intrest from clubs lol

You only need to look at Crespo & Veron to answer that. Shipped out on loan and having to pay their wages! Gutted!

yer but when the russian mafia dude has his cash i think he dosent even seem to notice the cash burning a hole in his o so extra extra extra large trousers (not literally tho lol)

I fully expect Chelsea to fail dismally this coming season as their pursuit of premiership glory evaporates as quick as Veron left for the airport when the going got tough !!!!!!!

If Keegan wasn't at City I'd put a few quid on Mourinho to be the first manager to leave this season. He and Ambramovich have way too big ego's and there's going to be only one winner when the sparks start to fly
