Thought we were going to organise a HALO 3 newkit get together... Im getting fed up with matchmaking and the veto button ruining things. How about a few Custom games lads where we can do what the f**k we want.

There really should have been a browser for this in the game. (imo)  :(  Its getting to the point where the same maps are coming up time after time...after time. Ive not even been on High Ground yet in Social (not touched ranked) so maybe thats the reason. I don't know. Love Guardian though...and Narrows.

Tags in here so we can all arrange a time perhaps.

Yeah, I think that would be good. I suggested making a clan a while ago. We'll have to see if it gets added soon or not.

Only played the online game once in Halo ever. It seems to be decent, but like you say Red, you really need two sets of teams realy trying to win it for it to be any good. I don't know any of the maps or anything, but I was doing well for a first timer.

If we get enough keen lads in and someone who knows how the f**k to set up a good map/gametype - then maybe we should try and set a time/date etc...say, a weekend night sometime. Im laid up anyway, so im always available. Perhaps it could be on or after a match day. (so none of us are on here moaning) instead!

Some of these objectives/types etc in the game ive never even been on before - they sound like a laugh. Not to mention the possibilities with that forge...its a shame the potential of it remains untapped.

I've just rekindled my love of gaming. I thought I'd grown out of it, it's been so long since a game really whet my appetite and I'd only been playing Pro Evo for the last year. A mate of mine talked me into getting an XBox 360 though. Fuck me it's good! I've been hammering Rainbow Six Las Vegas - absolutely awesome. I've not been into a game as much since San Andreas.
While finding love again, I am also going through a trial separation. I've broke up with my love of 8 years and bought FIFA 08. I feel dirty and deceitful. Myself and Pro Evo have gone through so much, but I'm sick of hunting round after patches for badges, kits and names. I've been seduced by the shiny presentation, licenses and commentary of FIFA and it hasn't disappointed. The gameplay has caught up considerably since my last ill-fated affair with the franchise in 2001. The passing is more fluent, the movement too and what a choice of teams. The jury's still out until the Pro Evo release, but for now, "The King is dead, long live the King!".

I've always been into video games but got bored of games really quickly, since I bought an Xbox about in 2004 and started playing live it has brought life back into gaming, I no longer sell a game after a month as I can now play it online as well as playing against the computer, online play was brought to us by the gods above  :bowdown

Live has indeed been a fantastic addition. But, i wish they would still use the option of 'bots' sometimes in these MP games.

For example: TF2 coming up soon on the Orange Box. You can't play against the Computer AI. Sometimes...(given the community that populate these types of games) i want the best of both worlds, and the ability to play the same game - but with 'bots' instead of sqeeky kids would also be a nice feature...Oh well, you can't have it all.

Zelda on the DS is awesome.  I got the japanese version months ago and loved that game!!

When playing you totally understand why Nintendo created the NDS hardware!
