Depends on what type of games you like mate, I found Oblivion a bit boring and time consuming, it's a fantastic game but it's huge plus it hasn't got any online aspect which is what I mainly do.
Go for PGR3 and Forza 2 if you like driving games, Gears of War for a shooter, or Pro Evo if you like footie games.
For me the best game on the 360 is Forza 2, I've had it 2 weeks and it's amazing.
