OK, in my opinion he was the greatest footballer to grace the beautiful game. Now you may think I am just saying this because I support Manchester United and I am from Northern Ireland, but I honestly believe he had the greatest talent.

Anyway, my point is, as Liverpool fans, what do yous think of him?

Good player, did well in the Man Utd side of the late 60's.

But I loose all respect for him because he drunk himself to death not once but twice.

we already did this mate and it decended into a scrap, those that didnt like him said he was an alcoholic wife beater who wasted his chance of life and others said he was a hero.

I met Best a few times as I used to work in Manchester near to his clothes shop and barbers, and we sometimes went to the Grapes pub (George used to spend most of his days there) Total t0sser of a man, but a great footballer.

Pm them tithead (Bigmick,supersub,Jonnymac1979,Stmichael), if you don't they might miss your request, in a forum there are a lot of threads and unfortunately we don't have always the time we want for reading.
