Stuck in work at the minute but have a good night planned.

Me and the missus have tickets to just go to some rough @ss pub by ours, with her sister and her fella as well.
Ten squid each then all free ale and scran, with karaoke all night.
Cant wait.

I'm keeping my head down and will be staying in a country B&B in Wexford: stay away from the cities this week as they'll be crawling with 15 year olds p.issed out of their brains.

I'm not pi$$ing on yer party or nothing, and BTW happy St. Patricks day

but it peeves me off to see every Englishman and his dog celebrate "Paddy's" day yet couldnt even tell you the day of St.George's :angry:

let or loan celebrate it.
I'm making a solitary stance on it this year, and as I wont be drinking the beautiful pints of Guiness and celebrating the Green day. I'll be thinking of England instead with my bottle of Red :buttrock

St George and St Patrick should both be under investigation by the RSPCA and the Animal Welfare for cruelty to animals, and banned from keeping Dragons , snakes or other exotic pets.

I agree!! Also St Paddy chased all the snakes out of Ireland many moons ago as the story goes....Cruelty to snakes!

I dunno whether we are heading out or not later...there are already queues at the 3 bars on our road ffs!

Well as the story goes, St Patrick was from Wales and the Vikings took Patrick to Ireland and sold him as a slave so he's a lot more closer to some of you as you think ! :;):

). I went out last night and I'll go out tomorrow night to avoid the crowds. Tonight, I'm staying in! Nothing worse than a bunch of muppets who are 1/164th Irish (I, of course, am 1/82nd Irish :nod

) out on the lash, getting ripped on two pints of overpriced green beer and telling all and sundry I'm Iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrsssssssssssssssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhh! I've got no problems with having a p!ss-up but the need to claim dubious Irish heritage to justify the occasion just seems a touch pathetic.

Think I'm going to chance heading into Belfast town centre later, gonna get stuck into a carry out now and try and get in somewhere for about 7.

Although if it's as packed as you say Barry I might just get drunk round at a mate's house instead.

We were gonna head out mate!! No way...theres 3 bars at the end of my street(The Errigle,Big house and Mercury)...They are all hiving!Fuc.k that ...Queue all night for a pint aint my idea of fun!

I've just got her a c/o and a big 15 pack of harp for me...We're staying in!

Cant wait to the match tomorrow as well i had 4 teams up today if LFC win i get £293....so i can hopefully celebrate tomorrow night out..off on Monday as well!!

I agree I have nothing against St Patricks Day in general or the Irish celebrating it, but I hate it because people celebrate St Patricks Day more than St George's day even though there English!

Soft cu'nts wearing big guiness hats and wearing green, where the f'uck are they all on St Georges Day!

Drinking Guiness even though they don't like it, but trying to look the part.

Its on my 100 things to do before you die list, No 78 Celebrate St Patricks Day - but when I do it, I'll do it in style in Ireland sinking Guiness with my pals Barrybelfast and Mikz
