I think that when you are in the quarter of finals of this competition, it's foolish to expect an easy game.

PSV are a respected team in my country. We all remember the eighties and how the screwed up Madrid big time :laugh:

I also learnt to respect the guy that in that club made signings, correct me if I'm wrong, but in that team they signed players like Romario, Ronaldo before being famous, and have played important players like Ruud Gullit, Stam, or VAnHorstelroy

so we are playing liverpool again and everybody is thinking PSV is finished. i do not listen to this i prefer to be positive always. liverpool was thinking benfica was easy but look what koeman did here. arsenal was thinking this also but again koeman defeated them. yes we lose to liverpool in the group but this means nothing we were qualified anyway so this game did not matter. it will be different this time and with a full strength team i think we will surprise again in this match. liverpool has to worry about their league also but we are safe in number 1. psv will qualify!

what do i think of PSV, it chafes a bit, I have some PSV shorts and a whip, i have to put some prickly heat on before i can get my shorts on

Pay S Vay! I think PSV is a good team. I like PSV. Alex, Gomes, Simons, Cocu are good players.

Sun Xiang did not that bad against Arsenal but he still has to convince me playing decent games all along.

In the Dutch league he did quite well but on a higher level (Champions League) he could do better.
Cocu did a lot of dirty work for Xiang last match.

I'd rather of Kromkamp instead of him because he seems more reliable and has more body.

Thanks for your message! As a Chinese, I do hope Xiang could keep improving himself and will be given more chance and do much better in the future games. I believe PSV is a good team and LFC should not underestimate it. There are no weak teams that could enter Final 8, right? Looking forward to this game already, though I'd prefer to a LFC win. :;):

We've got to be happy drawing PSV. They are the weakest team in the competition, and we've already beaten them this year. I expect a full strength Liverpool side to advance to the semi-finals - we have lots of European experience in the team which coupled with Rafa's tactical ability means we should progress.

Obviously footballs a funny old game, and you never know, but Im confident.
