I put a cup in the microwave with sliver bits and when I got it out it burn me fingers it was over 2 hours ago and its still stinging what can I do?

Run it under cold water.
Put some parafin gauze on it (if you have any)
Put some sudocrem on it (if you have any)

Run your finger under a cold a tap, if that doesn't work go to your GP.

Take 2 asprin for the pain ,and put some germoline on the burn if the blisters have burst. If the blisters havent burst and its not bleeding, rest your hand on your shoulder i.e. higher than your heart, and that will stop the throbbing.

I get a nasty image everything I read or hear the word throbbing, it's wrong on so many levels.
