Green day are the biggest corporate rock sell outs, they're a bit like the Labour party (well New Labour).

My favourite artists are Mozart and Beethoven.

I'm still young, so I think its only normal for my favorite bands to change often. I need more exposure I guess.

Plus with music these days, its almost always tailor made to be a commercial success. Its in with the new; and out with the old. That's why you see so many of these Rap and R&B artists come about like cockroaches from the dark. Its the norm now, like disco in the 70s. Music now does not really make a lasting impact on the people that listen to it. Nothing really has been made from the heart, and by someone who actually has a talent for music.

Mainstream depresses me.

-----

At the moment, Mew is the ONLY band I'm listening to on a daily basis right now.

Coldplay has some beautiful songs too, though I'm not too impressed with their new album. Still love their previous ones though.

Though I do have "phases" :D  where I listen to emo-core, hardcore, post-hardcore, screamo and all the other stupid stuff, I never go a day without listening to either Mew or Coldplay.

She Wants Revenge arent too shabby either.

I've also recently started listening to some Jazz. :D  A soundtrack from Oceans Twelve really caught my attention, and I googled the artist, and ever since, I have spent many a happy afternoon.

Funny thing, did you know that they had Italian Westerns? But with Jazz soundtracks?

The most noisiest music I listen to is Rage Against The Machine and that's because they have a strong message in all their songs.

I also like Janes Addiction, they aren't too bad.

My classic music taste only houses Mozart and Beethoven at the moment, for some reason I've never been deeply interested in music and I don't know many artists.
