Answer:

Win the three major European cups. We (and Celtic) never won the Cup winners cup which no longer exists. All the others have done, and therefore could win all three. United would have to win the UEFA this year and Arsenal the CL to 'do' it.

On Wikiedia the other British winner of the cup winners cup is Aberdeen who won it in 1983.

(Still cant get those people across the freakin river though :angry:
