Yes, "Ciao" in Italian  is  "Hello", "Hi" in English,
and it can be also "Goodbye" (Goodbye is also "Arrivederci" in Italian; "Ciao" is more Friendly than "Arrivederci")  :;):

Don't be too disappointed that you lost in the play-offs.  I reckon Serie B will be a better league next season mate...Lazio, Juve, Milan...

Welcome.

Welcome.

Scrub that.  Won't you be promoted in their place?

I suppose they may be relegated two leagues too.

Anyway, I can see them getting off on a technicality somehow e.g. all the people who were going to give evidence against them have "accidents".

Ultras of Cesena who lost the match, but they are singing till about half an hour after the end.
''LA FEDE NON ABBANDONAR;
TORNA IN CURVA TORNA A CANTAR;
DAL NORD AL SUD L'ITALIA INTERA;
BIANCONERA SI TINGERà''

English (similar) translation:

''Faith will never be gone;
Return to stadium, return to sing;
From north to south, whole Italy;
will be painted black-white.''
