Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has made a last-ditch attempt to sign Anderlecht's Vincent Kompany. (Star)

This guy signed for Hamburg last week for £5.1 million. I guess the star failed to see the pics with kompany and the hamburg shirt. What a joke!!!

I Just wonder sometimes how anybody can say LFC has very little money
when nobody knows what goes on behind closed doors at the club? maybe
those in the suits don't want to spend huge amounts when the future of the club as a whole is more important.
