what type of organisations?
the fact is that big organisations are there to be attacked (supersize me, the insider) but there are small biographies on people like bill gates or the guy who made apple that are very positive.

Why make a whole company in a good light? it wouldnt sell as there would be no tension.

look at antitrust. its about a small net of friends who are the good guys but join an awful company. u can see the good and bad in everything conglomerate but i will fin a film to what your specifications are

maybe try awakenings, robin williams is always trying to help. as he is in good will hunting.

then there is beautiful mind, ot a baddie in sight really. also war games with matthew broderick has no real baddies.

a company being good tho? u normally have to look at films about charities or war, thats all i can say really.
