So yea, I've started watching Lost from scratch about a week ago but I've got nothing to say, I'm hooked. I am now on Season 2 Episode 5 and that means I've equalled around 4.5 episodes a day. Brilliant American TV series, ain't it.

SPOILER ELERT
Favourite character: Locke. Sad though how his parents neglected him and even stole his kidney. Unpredictable character really.

Is it just me, or does Jack Shephard (Matthew Fox) look a fair bit like our few own Jamie Carragher?

I have avoided the downloads etc as I used to really enjoy my Wednesdays (tuesdays now)

Saw two last night and after all the talk and people saying they were dissapointed I was ready to be let down but after two minutes am well back into Lost. Class

From what I can gather tonight's episode is about Ana-Lucia. Got to say I can't wait, this is brilliant this show. I've missed it the last fortnight although Smallville has kept me busy and The Shield also.

I went back and watched the Pilot episode of Lost the other week as there is supposed to be a hidden clue. As far as I can see, what I think I saw wasn't worth mentioning as I don't think it was perfectly clear. Mikz has already mentioned it elsewhere in this thread anyway but I'm not convinced that was what it was personally.

Hope that makes sense.

You wont have come to that bit yet. I don't want to spoil it for you. Having said that, I still don't know 100% myself what's going on.

If you want a prediction from me, as it gets to about the fourth or fifth series, which the writers have said they intend to continue until at least that point in time, it will go less like a Robisnon Crusoe/Cast Away type of show into a more conspiracy related sci-fi experiment. That's just my opinion of course. It could go in any direction this show.

Something has been pre-planned with these people if you ask me. It is a controlled experiment where they have all affected each others lives in the past and they are here to sort something out. But it's not every day you survive a plane crash so that has to be taken into account. How would the 'powers that be' know they would survive a crash?

The island itself is not just any old tropical island neither. It has a massive magnetic presence and it still has a massive part to play.

We'll be talking about this show for years. I'm still none the wiser though.
