London suspect package alert ends

Police say an investigation of at least four suspect packages in west London has been completed.
Bomb squad officers investigated, and there were extensive road closures in the W12 area of the capital.
Police have arrested a woman who said she placed the packages as works of art. She made the claim after walking into Hammersmith Police Station.
The BBC has been told that no explosive devices were found, and that the packages were not on buses or trains.
Motorists have been urged to avoid the area, particularly Shepherd's Bush Green and Hammersmith Grove, due to traffic congestion.
BBC home affairs correspondent Daniel Sandford, in Shepherd's Bush, said that he understood that at least five packages were found.
He said they were "all of a similar appearance and all quite prominently placed, which has obviously aroused suspicion and caused the police to stage this alert and investigate these packages".
He added that he understood three packages had been examined, and no evidence of explosives found.
Our correspondent said there were a number of fire engines, about 24 firefighters, ambulances and several police cars at Shepherd's Bush Green. A police helicopter was also overhead, he said.
