) mass redundancy notices that are coming in the summer . :devil:

Ive been through the redundancies with people and kept a dignified silence.

I asked about the sickness policy for something Im doing and people were genuinely offended by the thought of being asked why were you off sick. They said its nobodies business.

Im quite laid back and have my union roots being bought up in a coal mining town but some of the stuff that goes on is an eye opener. Lots of good people and work etc but some great berserkers as well
