in my view, we have to get it.
this is our team if we don't:
                dudek
finnan  biscan hyypia carra 
smicer murphy hamann kewell
         heskey baros             
we're goin no-where with that team.
however if we get 4th:
                      dudek
finnan          mexes        hyypia        carra
wright-phillips gerrard  hamann     kewell
             owen       cisse     
I think we can push for more than 4th with that team next season. plus we'll have a quality bench:
kirkland
riise
murphy
kezman
baros
cheyrou
WHAT DO YOU THINK??

Inm still thinking the scum will beat Villa but that shouldnt matter. finishing 4th is VERY important, kinda stupid question, sorry to say
As for the team wed have if we didnt get 4th, id like to think we got teh commited kind of players that would stay for another year anyways! come on u reds
ps - Saying Gerrard would go if we didnt get 4th is just wrong! hes liverpool through and through (notice i havent said what owen will do, i still kinda think he might go in the summer either way, possibly barca)

finishing 4th is massive for the club both on and off the pitch. people have talked about the players lacking motivation this season as we weren't in the champions league. well if we finish 4th and qualify this breeds confidence throughout the whole club from top to bottom.

if we finish 4th i am quite optimistic about next season, even though houllier will still be here. we will be able to attract bigger name players because whether anyone likes it or not, liverpool are still one of the biggest clubs in the world.
