The gr8 red's - Who are they ?

There is a lot to be said about  Liverpool starting 11 but trully who were and are the best my star 11 are
GK:Bruce Gobbalar
DL:John Arnie Risse
DR:Phil Neal
DC:Jamie Carragher
DC:Sami Hypia
ML:Patric Berger
MR:David Thompson
MC:Steven Gerrard
MC:Danny Murphy
FC:Ian Rush
FC:Micheal Owen

BTY:I was only born in the last 15 year's so I no limmited liverpool club history :D

Well from what I've seen (I can't put some older ones in as I didn't see them!), and going purely on ability, I'd have to go with:

                                   Clemence

Jones                     Hansen         Hyypia          Staunton

     McManaman         Souness     Gerrard       Barnes

                            Rush               Fowler



No doubt a lot of people will disagree, but these are the ones I have seen (admittedly not all live!!!!!!).
