this week Boro have pulled off 3 big signings, Mark Viduka from Leeds, Michael Reizeger from Barca and now Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink from Chelsea.

these are big signings and with Juninho, Mendieta etc already at Boro they could be looking at Europe next season.

i live in middlesbrough and there is a real feeling that they may be able to overtake newcastle as the top team in the north east. this is mainly due to the fact that they have a great chairman who puts his money where his mouth is.

however they tried to buy instant success before with junihno, emerson and ravanelli but still got relegated. they may push for the top six but a lot of their fans are going way overboard. about 10 of their best 11 are over 30 ffs.

I see another false dawn rising on Teeside :D

Hassalbank  will throw his rattle out the pram as soon as he gets dropped and lets face it Viduka isn't exactly a "team" player is he  ???

I see big player problems ahead for Boro.

And when we are seriously looking at boro and making comparisions with them it's time to pack up and go home.

Let Benitez do his job and we''ll do ours.....support :D
