The Premiership - General Discussion

Postby The_Rock » Sun Jan 30, 2005 6:24 am

Everytime when i am feeling down...all i just do is to go to the spurs site and see who they are linked with. For a mid-table team they are really ambitious. Let me re-phrase it. for a mid-table team they are way ambitious.

Lets see who they have been linked with.

1)SWP
2)Morientas
3)Figo

and now

4)Aimar

Who the ****** does spurs think they are  :p They have a history of always biding for players out of their league  :D

Aimar will only move to LFC. Someone tell the north-londoners this.

Spurs Bid For Aimar ?

According to reports which now seam to be picking up momentum, Spurs have put in a bid for Valencia midflelder Pablo Aimar. Aimar has already stated that he would like a move to Liverpool, but this hasnt stopped us putting in a bid for the wonder man ourselves. He is the biggest, or one of the biggest wage earners at Valencia and whispers from Spain seems that they want to off-load him. If a bid is accepted then It would be down to the player, now lets see if what Jol says is true that Quote : 'Everybody wants to play for Tottenham'

Until then I'll just sit here and dream about being able to sit him in behind Defoe.

It's been a long-running joke with Spurs ever since bible-bashing d1ckhead Hoddle was in charge - as soon as any team express an interest in a player then Spurs throw their 2 bob's worth in and shout "and us too!"

Souness seems to have caught the bug now at Newcastle :D
