Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

What does Peter Crouch have to do to get the b@stards of the Premiership to credit him with a rightful goal? Today was a clear fecking goal and once again they give it as an own goal to the keeper. [Although they reversed their decision against Wigan and credited him with a goal, it took them a week to do so].

It's getting ridiculous

Why did you reply then? Nobody has a gun pointed to your head and making you reply, if you don't like it don't answer.

It's quite simple, not rocket science.

aah..it's media isn't it. They'll make a nice story out of it and sell papers for a couple of days from it.

So long as he keeps providing them these sort of headlines, I don't think we should worry about it.

It's really so funny what Crouch needs to do to get a legitimate goal credited to him without the saying "dubious/disputed etc."

To have it being disputed as an "own goal" by Shay Given when he tried to palm it away from its goalward direction is utterly ludicrous. It would be an own goal by Given if he caught the effort and then slips and it drops into goal....:p

Brian Marwood and his co-comentator must be blind w@nkers.

Did anyone see lampards goal ,massive deflection but not even a peep about it not being his goal ,dont get me wrong I think it should be his goal but as soon as crouch gets a goal everyone starts trying to take it off him .

I think the Dodgy goals panel makes a mockery of goal statistics and I would like to know how many goals would of been scratched off down the years due to lack of video replay .

Just leave it to the ref, if someone shoots and it goes in its their goal ...simple .
