If he has any sense and looked at what has happened to Shaun Wright Phillips since moving to Chelsea, he should stay away from Chelsea. he should only really cinsider going there if he is around 25-26 years old. Young players will get shut out by the more senior players who are more established and won't have the necessary exposure to develop at Chelsea. Unless, of course, you are Essien whose role is to destroy the opponents' knee caps, you'd definitely get games no matter how old you are!

Secondly, who cares if Chelsea can outbid us? First how do we know that Chelsea want him? Second, there is no guarantee that Kompany would want to move to a team that may end up putting him on the bench.

He made a mistake going to madrid. !!!!!!!!

At the time i wished he had give rafa more of a chance but the same as gerrard he must of been looking around the dressing room thinking Jesus some of these clowns should nt be wearing a red shirt.

Kompany will be offered his own position forming a partnership with carra this is what will sway the move our way. Rafa will sell this club to him without a doubt, next season i think rafa will tell kompany your going to be my backbone of the team with carra, sami will still play an important role at the club but kompany knowing that we want a younger partner to go with jamie will clinch the deal. Boring boring chelshit can swivle the way we are playing with hopefully joaquin to take the right winger slot and kompany to come in at the back this team will pish all over chelshit and reclaim the best team in the land with rafa at the helm best manager in the world we are going from strength to strength.............
