Song sung during the uefa anthem vs. chelsea - ?

Hi everyone.  Does anyone know what the name of the song that was sung during the C.L. anthem while both teams were lined up??  It drowned out the anthem, sounded fantastic.  BTW, does anyone have the lyrics for it??
