Nope they go on sale on the 20th for us mate.  It looks like you will ave to go up there at the crack off dawn or even beofre then mate cause its a free for all.  No loyalty from last year at all.

Is it just me or is the system they use at Liverpool completely and utterly frustrating?

It seems that at the start of the season the decks are cleared and everyone has an equal chance to get tickets using the new Fancard System. Which in principle I do not have a problem with. I do think that however the bigger games should be done on loyalty. Eg the Man U game as it was albeit only the Sunderland game.

Examples

1) to get a Man U ticket you only needed the Sunderland game on your fancard.

2) to get a Real Betis away ticket you didnt need anything - a fancard and an application form submission

3) to get a Chelsea Champions league ticket no previous games on your fancard neither from last season or this

4) to get a Chelsea Premier League ticket no requirement for previous games

etc etc

So when exactly does the loyalty factor come in? As a season ticket holder even I'm confused now. Is it just for the big games in the League and progression through the cups etc ?

The only previous purchase required so far this season has been for the Man U game and that was only to have the Sunderland game on your fancard.

The Chelsea Champions League home game is one game I thought you would of needed a pre requisite of the CSKA Sofia game on your fancard - correct me if Im wrong but it isnt required and personally I think it should be. I know the club stated that the qualifying rounds 1 & 2 wouldnt be part of any loyalty again I didnt have a problem with this but there was no mention of the CSKA game.

Again as far as I know there is no pre requisite for having any of the previous league games this season on your fancard for this one.

Does anyone know what system the ticket office are using ?

From a personal point of view I have been quite lucky. Been to all the Champions League games and have obtained tickets for the league games to date. But couldn't afford a Real Betis away ticket and you know that this WILL be a pre requisite for later away games.

Any views on both the Fancard and the Ticket Office? ???

I agree with you there on must things mate.  The fan cards good but surely they will have to look into changing the way everyone starts from scratch at the start off a new season.   People who went to allt he games last season at home should have more right to tickets than even season ticket holders cause they have spent much more on ticket's than anyone else.

Can you tell I havent got a season ticket.  :D

I got a Betis away ticket just for that reason.  It looks like ill be stuck with it now unfortunatly.   Ive been trying to sell it but no one wants it.  I think this down to the fact that the tickets are very easy to copy.  There will probably be about 200 hundred scousers trying to get in with the same ticket.  :idea

I rung up the club during summer asking for the form for european travel, they said I didnt need to.  But now I have been told that I need to fill in a ETC for each away ticket application.  I know they haven't announced the sale details yet but I have already filled in an application for the anderrlecht game.  Has anyone done the same??
