haha it was a quiz question mate, although it would be nice if he was still playing. i remember when i was first asked the question and i automatically thought phil neal, but yes, correct, big jan,   and you win an umbongo   :D

haha, no but his brother and sister in law used to own the corner shop on new road in tuebrook when i was growing up, it was opposite our house. i saw billy quite a few times in there.

billy was in the year above me at school     :p

i think it has to be Cisse, not only for the obvious reasons but he needs the goals and any help in boosting his tally is only going to improve him as a player

Are these the stats on number of pens taken ? or number of pens converted ? we need both figures to make a valid assesement of how good a pen taker each player was .

I think John Arne Riise should take the penalties.
His was the best penalty taken in the Cup Final, right in the bottom corner, Dida just got lucky.
As second choice, I would have Cisse.
