.. lets bring him back to anfield

Yeh why not, we'll only have to pay twice what we got for him, and see him sit on the bench

Baptista is a midfielder but Sevilla played him as a striker last season.

  :D   i think you're thinking of a different Baptista

Baptista was originally a Defensive Midfielder. At Sevilla he was turned into a striker - a beast that is!

from world cup site.

"Baptista moved from Sao Paulo to Sevilla in the summer of 2003 for 2.75m euros. He played as a midfielder in Brazil but has stepped up into a striking role since his move to Spain. Baptista scored 20 goals for Sevilla in his first season in Spain (2003/2004), helping Sevilla to qualify for the UEFA Cup, and earned himself the nickname 'La Bestia' (The Beast) due to his uncompromising style of play"

In his first season he played as a midfielder for Sevilla, scoring over 20 goals. Last season Sevilla turned him into a striker.

Robinho will go to Spain or perhaps Italy I think mate. It is a lot easier for the South Qmerican players to adapt their as the culture is similar.

He would probably struggle in England. I'm not saying he isn't good enough, it's just that he is very lightweight and would get the sh!te kicked out of him every week, ending up being injured most of the time.
