yeah theres no way Man Utd should be up there.  What did they win this year?  and Real Madrid? it's their second straight season w/o any trophies?

that table is right i mean the table on the website that i was looking at.

does anyone know were i can find an updated table of the top teams in european competition of all time

Don't fret yourself about the Mancs, L-type, we're at the top and they're not. After this, they will decline even more because Fergie is not any good at finding bargains and the 25 million cap on transfers will result in more desperate yet failure buys.

they have a very good record in europe woolly mate.
the side in the late 60`s early 70`s ( johnny giles, billy bremner, sniffer clarke etc) won the uefa cup twice and lost a uefa cup final. they also lost in cup winners cup and famously european cup finals too.
even in recent times o`leary got them to the semi`s of the cl.
not as impressive as us or uniteds but a decent record all the same. everton only ever got to the semi`s of the european cup.

We're at the top. Thank god we went out of the FA Cup early. It saved our players. Personally i hate the FA Cup these days. It's not competitive anymore only for teams like Yeovil and Exeter. It's really depressing as well. Especially seeing teams like Newcastle play at St. James'. Man Utd love it as well. Seems like the only competition they can win :D . It's so :censored:, boring, depressing, annoying and Mark and Alan and their tedious commentary are on it as well:
Alan Hansen: Rooney i mean... what a player. He's got everything in his locker pace, strength, blah, blah...
Mark Lawrenson: Nah he's not good enough for me, blah, blah...
It's a :censored: competition and thank god Benitez and Traore noticed in their first year. :laugh:

its the oldest competition in football mate and the reason the popularity of the game took off in the working class heartlands of lancashire, yorkshire and the midlands.
without the fa cup there`d be no real madrid, no barcelona, no river plate, no boca juniors, no grampus eight and no champions league.
that `depressing` cup is the foundation stone of the greatest sport on earth.
