Cheers Taff, knew i could depend on the voice of experience . Do you think that maybe i'm approaching this from the wrong angel i:e maybe I should stick with the strawberry jam and change the CHEESE ?

:D

To be honest Ive never really deviated much from good old cheddar.

Brie is dependable
Your stilton dtrong but again could take over much like the forrest fruit jams

Its all about the right balance to be honest and some experimenting till you get the right formation.

Peanut butter and orios, my first reaction was Hey Klink you crazy fool, but I think that will be tried this weekend  :lookaround

and Baron old boy, many have mocked the jam and cheese but few have resisted in the end  :buttrock

2 bits of advice.   :idea

1. Wash you c0(k well, and you'll not get cheese.
2.  Leave the wife alone when she's having her period - and you'll not get jamed.
