You THINK this is Euphoria Scott , I've just returened from Anfiled and witnessed grown men crying (myself included !) , the most vibrant and noisy set of supporters in the land and the bets atmosphere ever !!!!!

P.S. But Stu losing it runs it close !!!!!! LOL :laugh:

i was in tears as well mate, the pure ecstasy when the whistle went, then YNWA being belted out, just pure pride!

wow, I watched the match on espn 2 and every 5 minutes they talked about a wall of sound, and how it reached its crescendo, they definitely conveyed the 12th man affect into tv audiences across the world.

A wall of sound is a good way of describing it although a deafening crescendo would be more apt. I swear to you, MI was trying to talk to my mate 2 ft away and he couldn't hear me !! :oh:

.. tonite has been a truly emtional night.. the Boss said the players were jumping up and down in the dressing room.... how fantastic... and the noise.. well if ruddy ITV did not keep having to go to commercial brks.. we could have basked in it.. a bit more ..

...the loudness was awesome.. commentators on the radio were struggling to hear themselves and Michael Owen was in awe in the studio.. fantastic

just reading the Chlesea board and the fans who went the game from their lot said it was the loudest thing they had ever experienced, 90 mins of constant noise! - one said that the noise after the finals whistle went was deafening - well done Reds fans, best in the land - no doubt about it. what say you now Joe Cole??
