Yeah but it also ranks Leeds above Ajax, Galatasaray, PSV, Dynamo Kiev, Paris St Germain so whoever it was who compiled the list was doing some drugs that I'd love to try

Don't get too carried away because the index does not take into account other things like current form, the squad depth at this present moment (for instance we are seriously lacking in the strikers department).
