I think we wil in the league again within the next ten years, and with the right investment within 7.

Odd though it seems, I think we've got more chance of lifting the CL trophy than the Prem trophy in the next 5-10 years. Even though the group stage format requires teams to have a certain degree of consistency, the fact that we do blow hot and cold so much just makes me feel like we'll wing it one season, having all our bad days in dead group fixtures etc.

As for the Prem, I think that we'll win it while Rafa's at the helm. It may be a contract extension or two along when it happens, but I can genuinely see what he's trying to do with the team. I am going to be very interested to see his transfer activity during the summer - particularly the outgoings - as I think our squad is going to look very different next year, when hopefully funds will allow Rafa to make the additions that he'd have liked to going into this season.

I just cant see the point of the post.If i cant beleive we will win the prem what is there to believe in? Seriously every year (including the years we have won in my lifetime and i was old enougth to remember)i have said Liverpool will win the league this year every year bar one and that was this year i opted for 4th place a domestic cup and semi final of the CL.Looks like i am gonna be right this year .But next year we will win the league no worries

the point of the post is this.when i first started watching liverpool they were in the second divison,and in them days the thought of liverpool winning the championship is a bit like wigan winning the coke a cola being promoted and winning the premeirship.but shankley came and the rest is history. but that was then, football as changed so much in recent years,now its money that talks,chelsea have proved that so did blackburn,and the mancs.the only way we will be in a position to challenge is if we are taken over and given massive investment,which seems unlikely while david moores and his sidekick parry cling onto power at the detriment of our great club.the longer they cling to power the further we will fall behind.

You've always got to believe that your team can be the best.
The best means winning the League and the Champions League and Liverpool more than any other team (bar 1 or 2) have set their own standards. These are the things we truly believe we can win & should be winning.

you support a team because you love the club and everything about it not success. Roberts your lack of faith in the club and what it stands for is pathetic. I dont care if Chelsea win the league every year while Ambromivic is there because they will be hollow victorys. as long as Liverpool continue to do things as close to their tradition things will come back bigger and better then anything Chelsea could imagine.

I had faith a long time ago, but you lose it when you see the same thing over and over. Do you want me to live in a dream world and say everything is okay?
