Help required please

I am a lifelong West Ham supporter, and a friend has started a campaign to re-introduce safe standing areas at English stadia. I have e-mailed the Hillsborough Justice campaign to see what their views are. I don't wish to appear insensitive in any way but it would be interesting to learn if those most directly affected by the tragedy are in favour or oppose the re-introduction of standing. If anybody could help with e-mail addresses or contacts I would be very grateful.
