Here's a few tips on ho make one woof.

Baked Chicken Parmesan (Yields 6 Servings)

5 Tbls Butter, Melted
1 Tbls Dry Mustard
3/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Parmesan, Grated
2 Tbls Fresh Parsley, Chopped
1 tsp Basil, Dried
3 Whole Chicken Breasts, Bone In, Split

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Lightly grease a (9"x15") baking pan.

Combine the butter and mustard in a small bowl.
Blend the bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and basil together in a second bowl.
Dip each chicken breast into the mustard mixture.
Coat each breast with the bread crumb mixture.
Place in the baking dish skin side up.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
Serve hot.

Yum Yum :D
You can buy this as a takeaway round your area ?

I'll give it a go this weekend .
Just a thought , apart from the coating there's no sauce in the recipe , does it not seem a little dry ?
